Unilin sues Tarkett in the US for patent infringement |

Delaware, September 30th 2008. Unilin announces that it has filed a lawsuit before the district court in Delaware against Tarkett Inc, Clarion Boards Inc. Clarion Laminates LLC and AT Clarion Group LLC.
The case is directed against Tarkett's activities in the US and against the activities of its joint venture with Aconcagua located in Clarion, Pennsylvania.
Unilin claims that these companies infringe the following patents: US 6,006,486, US 6,490,836, US 6,874,292, US 6,928,779 and US 7,328,536. These patents protect Unilin's pioneering glueless locking technology for floor panels.
