Flooring Industries signs agreement with Power Dekor |

Luxembourg, April 2008 – Flooring Industries Ltd sarl, the intellectual property arm of the Unilin Group, is proud to announce that it has concluded a settlement and a license agreement with Power Dekor on the Domotrex Shanghai fair for the manufacture and worldwide sales of certain laminate flooring products with Unilin’s patented glueless technology.
This agreement also settles Power Dekor’s world-wide past sales of products and makes an end to the pending patent litigation proceedings between the Unilin Group and Power Dekor in the United States.
