Pergo, Uniboard and Unilin enter into Settlement and Cross License Agreement |

Pergo, Uniboard and Unilin have entered into a Settlement and Cross License Agreement to settle all outstanding disputes between the parties relating to the parties’ mechanical joints, bevel, moulding and surface technologies. As a consequence, the parties will withdraw the legal actions pending against each other.
The parties are happy to have found a mutual beneficial solution that recognizes the strong patent portfolio of each party and that further supports each other’s licensing strategy.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the specific terms of the Settlement.
