Flooring Industries, the intellectual property arm of the Unilin group, announces the termination of its license agreement with Changzhou Damei because of non-compliance with the contractual clauses in the agreement. Changzhou Damei is, after Changzhou Jiaan, Max Nobel and Muchsee Wood, the 4th company with whom Flooring Industries terminates the contract.
“We can, out of respect for our licensees who are respecting their commitments, not tolerate that certain companies are not following their contractual obligations, states Bart Van der Stockt, managing director of Flooring Industries. “The goal of these terminations is to increase the business of our loyal partners.”
The family of Flooring Industries’ licensees is continuously growing. Recently, license agreements were concluded with 4 new companies: Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry and Trade Company (Turkey), Jiangsu Ougang Changsheng Decorative Materials Co., Ltd (China), Diamett Flooring Anna Wyskiel (Poland) and Changzhou Senhong Decorative Materials Co Ltd (China).
