Court of Braunschweig acts against Flooring Industries licensee. |

On the 19th of January 2009, action was taken on the Domotex show against Changzhou Kentier. Apparently, Changzhou Kentier was offering certain products during the fair which were falling under Välinge’s 5G technology. Välinge did the necessary to obtain an order from the court of Braunschweig to remove these products from the fair.
The specific products of Chanzhou Kentier that were confiscated were not falling under the license agreement between Flooring Industries and Changzhou Kentier. Flooring Industries regrets the fact that its licensee had chosen not to comply with its license agreement and to infringe third parties’ patent rights. |
